You can enjoy your flight in a variety of weather conditions; but sometimes it will be unsafe to launch. On those occasions, we will let you know and ask you to reschedule your flight.
If you are travelling a significant distance, please consider not booking the early slots, so that we can save you a wasted journey if we are unable to fly.
It is illegal to fly in a private aircraft with more than a trace amount of alcohol in your system. Please enjoy a drink after your flight, and not before.
You're more than welcome to bring friends and family along with you on the day. For safety reasons, we ask you to keep children close by and dogs on a lead. We provide drinking water for dogs, and kindly ask that you clean up after them.
If you wish to use our independently run on-site cafe; please check the opening times before you book. During the summer, the cafe is usually open Wednesday-Sunday and on Bank Holidays. Outside seating is available if you wish to consume your own food and drink.
Please dress for the conditions; and practically. Jeans/Trousers are ideal, with flat shoes or trainers. Suncream and sunglasses are recommended.
